Return Policy

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Canceled or returned orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit. Store credits must be used within 180 days of the issue date.
  • A delivery fee equivalent to the original order applies for re-delivery of your new
  • selection & pickup. (minimum of $99.99)
  • Reasonable effort will be made to get furniture into the home. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to measure all doors, hallways, access points and the room itself. There are NO REFUNDS on “no fits”. We will work to the best of our ability to find items that will fit.

Custom & Special Orders

  • Custom furniture is made just for you & Special orders are items we don’t display but ordered just for you.
  • Custom or Special Ordered merchandise cannot be refunded or canceled once ordered.

Clearance & Floor Models

  • All floor models are sold “as is” unless otherwise noted on your invoice. No returns accepted on floor models.
  • Clearance items may not be eligible for warranty if noted “as-is” on the tag.

Mattresses and Foundations

  • Mattresses must be 100% clean and stain free to be eligible for exchange.
  • Law tags must be on the mattress. No exceptions.
